This is the ideal place to welcome Barcelona’s night — the gentle curves on the way up, the vegetation on the sides, and the progressive views of the city give you that first visual impact.
At the top, Montjuïc Castle stands as a key viewpoint. Although it closes at 8:00 p.m, it’s worth arriving earlier, parking your luxury car nearby, and watching the sunset over the sea and the city. In addition, this place offers free events from Thursday to Sunday if you want to spend some entertaining time.
2. Coastal drive and great restaurants
If you feel like a livelier night, you can descend from Montjuïc via the port road and drive along the coast: less traffic, night breeze, and an illuminated skyline as a backdrop.

The downside is that its opening hours go from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m, which is a pity because before 2023 you could watch the sunrise from there. However, depending on the season, you can still enjoy the sunset or dusk from this spot.
5. Quick getaway to the Sitges marina
Did you think we’d forget about speed? It would be unfair to end the night routes through Barcelona without seeing the sunrise.
So fire up the engine, take the highway, and accelerate as you leave Barcelona toward the Sitges marina. At night, this road becomes a sensory experience: higher speed, cooler air, and views that stretch across the coast and Catalonia’s natural landscapes.
